Growing up in Rogaland, we witnessed how traditional recipes and cooking methods were passed down through generations, often within families and close-knit communities. We realised that many visitors to our beautiful city were missing out on these authentic experiences, often settling for tourist-oriented restaurants that didn't represent the true essence of Norwegian cuisine.
