We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. For custom experiences or larger groups, please book 3-5 days ahead. During peak tourist season (June-August), earlier booking is advisable.

All our experiences are conducted in English. Our guides are fluent English speakers and will provide Norwegian cultural context and translations throughout the tour. We can also provide basic information in German and French upon request.

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and various allergies. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking so we can ensure appropriate alternatives whilst maintaining the authenticity of the experience.

Most of our experiences include indoor venues, so light rain won't affect them. For severe weather conditions, we'll contact you to reschedule or modify the tour route. We provide umbrellas and can adjust outdoor portions of tours based on conditions.

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge unless due to severe weather or emergency circumstances. We're flexible and will work with you to reschedule when possible.
